CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service. This includes no-shows. Appointments are managed directly through the booking system for the most accurate and efficient updates. Requests made outside of the system are not considered official cancellations or reschedules. Appointment confirmations are sent 72 hours prior, with a reminder at 24 hours. By booking, you agree to this policy.
